🎸 Rocker Shipping Policy: Read This Before You Rage About Your Package
Shipping Time:
We ship in 1–3 business days, because greatness takes time, and also because our drummer gets distracted easily. Seriously, the dude has a hard time focusing. Be he's good at his craft.
Carrier of Choice:
We roll with USPS. No private jets (yet), just the fine folks in blue making the rounds.
Where We Ship:
Only in the USA, because we’re still working on getting customs to understand “beard butter for rock gods” isn’t a hazardous material. (this should be done soon though, working on it)
Cost Breakdown:

Spend over $75 and your shipping is free, because legends deserve perks.

Under $75? Shipping cost depends on your order’s weight. Don’t worry, we’re not upselling you air.
Tracking Info:
You’ll find it in your account under “Past Orders.” No carrier pigeons, no smoke signals.
Lost Packages (aka Vanished Like a One-Hit Wonder):
If USPS says it's delivered and it ghosted you, file a case with them. If they messed up, we’ll give you store credit. If your neighbor’s just too into beard products… well, maybe make a new friend.
Preorders?
Nope. Everything you see is in stock, ready to ship, and eager to grace your glorious mug.
Local Pickup?
Not at the moment. But if you see us at a live show, come say hey, buy a tin, and maybe get a free guitar pick with it. (singular, one. Unless you have a dog with you.)

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information in your customer account under your past orders.
Shipping Carrier:
We ship all orders via USPS within the United States.
Shipping Rates:
Free shipping on orders over $75
Orders under $75 will be charged shipping based on the total weight of your order and location at checkout.
Shipping Area:
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or local pickup.
Delivery Issues:
If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please reach out to USPS first. If it turns out there was a delivery error on their end, we’ll issue store credit once verified. We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders confirmed delivered.
