🎸 Return Policy (Rockstar Edition)
TL;DR: If you’ve already partied with it, don’t send it back.
Look, we love you. We want you to smell like a forest god who just ripped a solo on a mountaintop. But if you’ve already cracked open the bottle, dipped a finger in the butter, or used the wax to tame your stache before date night… you own that glory, brother. We don’t take back used grooming gear. No refunds for rockstars who’ve already hit the stage.
Here’s the deal:
Returns? Possibly, but only if the product is still sealed, untouched, and hasn’t toured with you. Can we tell? Yes.
Used beard oil? Nope.
Half-melted butter? Hard pass.
Beard wax with your DNA in it? Get outta here.
Sale stuff, custom goods, and gift cards? Also non-returnable, because come on.
We’re not that expensive ass place that sells makeup, and this ain’t a fragrance counter. We're a rock ‘n roll beard crew. If you wouldn’t return used underwear, don’t try it with our oil. Cool? Cool.

🔄 Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact. Due to the personal nature of our grooming products, we cannot accept returns of used or opened items.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if it arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Opened or used personal care items (including beard oils, butters, waxes, and balms)
Sale or promotional items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized products
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please email us before shipping it back.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
